FUNDAMENTALS BJJ

MLT Fundamentals Programme focused on the core techniques that every Jiu Jitsu practitioner should know. Focusing on both the self-defence and sport aspect of Jiu Jitsu, this program is great for ensuring that each new students get a high-quality introduction into Jiu Jitsu while allowing for more advanced students to perfect the basics. The goal of this Programme is to prepare the white belts to achieve their blue belt.

 

Students experience results that go beyond gains in strength, flexibility, fitness or self-defense skills. By remaining truthful to the lessons learned in practice and applying them off the mats, MLT students experience an overall improvement on their focus, energy and general well-being.
